Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, & Halotherapy

Three Therapies. One Session. Twenty Minutes.

Infrared sauna, red light therapy, and halotherapy running simultaneously in one booth. If you're already coming in for a massage, add it on for $20. If you want to book a standalone session, it's $40 for 20 minutes.

Why All Three At Once?

Each of these therapies does something valuable on its own. Running them together at the same time creates a compounding effect: your body is detoxing, your cells are repairing, your airways are clearing, and your nervous system is settling, all in the same 20 minutes.

It's one of the most efficient things you can do for your body, and most people leave feeling noticeably different than when they walked in.

What Each Therapy Does

Halotherapy (Salt)

Salt has natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, and breathing it in during a session supports your respiratory system in ways that are hard to replicate otherwise.

It's particularly helpful for asthma, COPD, seasonal allergies, and recurring respiratory issues, and it's also beneficial for skin conditions. The effect is subtle during the session and noticeable in the hours and days after.

Not Recommended for the Following Conditions:

  • Tuberculosis

  • Fever

  • Contagious conditions

  • Severe heart disorders

  • Cancer Presence

  • Advanced pregnancy

  • Acute state of respiratory attack

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy works at the cellular level, stimulating your cells to repair and regenerate more efficiently.

It's well known for reducing the appearance of wrinkles and supporting skin health, but the deeper benefits are reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and accelerated tissue repair. If you're recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic inflammation, this is worth your attention.

NOT Recommended for the Following Conditions:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Acute active hemorrhage

  • Individuals currently taking cortisone injections or steroids

  • Individual with diseases that involve the retina of the eye, such as diabetes

  • Use of Red-Light Therapy directly over the thyroid in specific thyroid conditions is not advised

Infrared Sauna

This is dry heat, not the suffocating steam-room kind. Infrared heat penetrates deeper than traditional sauna heat, which means your body is working harder at a lower, more comfortable temperature.

It's particularly effective for muscle recovery, detoxification, joint pain, and the kind of full-body fatigue that a good night's sleep doesn't touch. Most people step out feeling deeply relaxed and restored in a way that's hard to describe until you've experienced it.

Not Recommended for the Following Conditions:

  • Active alcohol use

  • Hemophilia

  • Fever

  • Sensitive to heat

  • Pregnancy

  • Menstruation

  • Closed Infections (dental or otherwise)

  • Conditions with impaired sweating (such as Multiple Sclerosis, Central Nervous System Tumors, Diabetes with Neuropathy, etc.)

  • Joint injuries less than 72 hrs or chronically hot/swollen joints

  • Metal implants, pins, rods, other surgical implants should consult your surgeon prior to use

Add It To Your Massage

The easiest way to experience all three is to book it alongside your massage appointment. Twenty minutes before or after your session gives your body a chance to open up before I work on it, or settle and integrate after. Either way, the combination is more effective than either therapy alone.

20 minutes with massage: $20

20 minutes standalone: $40
