Hi! I'm Sheena McLaughlin, BCTMB, LMT SC#8393 . I'm a board certified and licensed therapeutic massage therapist; and the owner of Gaffney Massage & Holistic Therapies.

We are not a relaxation spa -- we are part of your health care team. I specialize in shoulder & upper body pain and injury relief through targeted massage therapy. As an Acute Pain Management Specialist, I have worked extensively with first responders, military personnel, athletes, and other health professionals to relieve their pain from stress, repetitive-training, and work-related injuries. Additionally, I have helped them prevent secondary injuries, surgeries, and the need to take time off from work.
I collaborate in the office with other talented massage therapists with different specialties to offer a wide variety of healing modalities.
